Training Courses
In conjunction with planning your adventure from a medical perspective we can also provide training for yourself or members of your team so that you can be confident in dealing with minor illnesses or injuries, as well as giving you the confidence to know what to do if a major incident occurs.
Even for tours and events where we are providing medical support we feel that there is great benefit in ensuring that the team leaders feel that they have the confidence to manage in a major emergency.
We can design a training package for your specific event in mind and deliver it at a time and location appropriate for you, this maybe for a one off event, or simply to improve and refresh skills for use in a variety of situations. We are equally happy to discuss the delivery of courses to groups such as Scouts and Guides or other youth organisations, as well as leaders who may want to increase their confidence to manage issues which may occur when undertaking activities with children or young people,
In addition to our bespoke courses we are continuously developing a library of established courses for different settings.
Our current courses are;
